Meet a Berlin ACT Tutor: Emin K.

Emin K. was born in Istanbul and never really imagined living anywhere else until he moved to the US for college. Emin hoped to one day become a professional educator, like his mother and uncle, and he planned on specializing in mathematics. After obtaining a very high ACT score, Emin was accepted at Stanford University. During his time at Stanford, Emin worked as a tutor in the Math Learning Center, helping others who did not enjoy working with numbers as much as he did. After graduating, Emin obtained a master's degree in mathematics from MIT, as well as a master's degree in education from Boston University. When he was offered a position as a math teacher at an international school in Berlin, Emin happily relocated.
